Zumba
Zumba is a Latin inspired group fitness class that combines
high energy and motivating music with unique moves and
combinations. The routines feature aerobic interval training by
combining fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
Class is limited to first 25 people.
Early Burn
Looking for a great way to start your day? In the “Early
Burn” you’ll enjoy a variety of exercise formats including
circuit, interval, resistance ball, cardio-toning, and “traditional”
floor exercise. This early morning activity will help you tone
your muscles and burn those calories, all in an inviting,
friendly, and interactive group environment.
Active and Ageless
Total body workout designed for the young at heart! Lower
your blood pressure, improve posture, and prevent osteoporosis
by strengthening your bones and joints. This class combines
cardiovascular exercise, muscle toning, and stretching in a
lively 45-minute format to your favorite tunes. Come for a great
workout and a good time.
Step Aerobics
Step aerobics uses impact to maintain and strengthen your
muscles and joints. Lower your long-term risk of osteoporosis,
burn calories, tone your body and exercise your heart with this
class! This class is being offered to DSU students; however;
Community Center members are welcome!
Cardio & Core
This 45-minute workout will take your cardiovascular training to the next
level and at the same time help you tone-up your midsection. Different
stations of cardio training will be done each session. Get ready to
get your heart beating!
