Rocket Building Class

Students will build and
launch a model rocket. Participants will learn the basic
concepts of rocketry as it relates to design and safety. All
supplies will be provided. Class is limited to the first 12
participants. Participants must be at least 10 years
old.

Games, Puzzles, & Movies

This program will teach
educational and informative board games and card games to
participants such as jigsaw puzzles and brain teasers.
Participants will also get to enjoy popular children while
movies they will play.

Volleyball

This program will be used
to help boys and girls learn about the sport of volleyball.
Fundamental techniques will be taught before the children
are placed in teams. Knee pads are strongly recommended, but
are not required.

Archery

Archery will teach
children the basic fundamentals of how to properly and
safely use the bow and arrow. Children will get to use fun
and easy targets to hone their skills. All equipment is
provided.

This summer the Community
Center will be offering games & activities to children such
as, kickball, indoor soccer, dodge ball, basketball, just to
name a few of the activities. There will be a detailed
schedule listing the events planned through out the summer.
Participants are encouraged to attend Monday through
Thursday from 2pm to 3pm beginning on Monday, June 2nd. An
instructor will lead each sport, team games, and activities.
The leader will foster teambuilding skills, sportsmanship,
and recreational exercise among the participants. For more
