Junior Golf Clinic

Date: Thursday, June 5th
Time: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Age: 7 & up
Cost: $20 members
$30 non-members
Location: Madison Country club

8:00-8:15 Roll Call
8:15-8:45 Presentation
8:45-9:15 Rules and Etiquette
9:15-10:30 Putting/Chipping
10:30-10:45 Driving Range
11:45-1:15 Lunch
12:15-2:00 On course instruction with PGA Golf Professional

Junior Golf Clinic is sponsored by the South Dakota Golf Association. The clinic is open to area children ages 7 to 17. Golfers of all skills levels are encouraged to participate. PGA Professional will be on hand for instruction and golfi ng tips. Lunch will be included with the registration fee.

*All Junior Golf participants will receive a punch card for 3 free rounds of nine hole golf.

Junior Gymnasts

Date: June 11th - July 11th
Time: 8:30 - 9:30 am  
Days: Wednesdays and Fridays
Fee: $25 members
$35 non - members
Location: Gymnastics Building (north side of HS)

This gymnastic class will help Madison prepare for another gymnastic championship by introducing the basic skills and body positions of gymnastics.

Heart-of-the-Lakes Senior Games

Date: Friday, July 11th and Saturday, July 12
Ages: Men and Women age 50 and above  
Registration: $1.00 per event with a maximum of $5.00 (anything after 5 events will be free)
Fee: $25 for Members
$35 for Non Members

Events such as track and field, golf, bowling, and horseshoes will be offered. Registration forms available at The Community Center or call Bernie Schuurmans at 256-4644.

Iron Kids Triathlon

Date: Saturday, July 19th
Time: 9:00 am  
Registration Fee: $10 for members
$20 for non-members
 
Ages: 4 - 10
Location: The Community Center

Parents may participate with children at no additional cost. All children will receive a T-shirt and ribbons will be awarded for the top 3 in each division. You must provide your own tricycle, big wheel, or bicycle for the bike portion of the event.
