Water Exercise Class 

Time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 am - 9:00 am
9:00 am - 10:00 am

This class is designed to be a simple, easy to follow; yet demanding. It not only tones every major body part, but also gets your heart rate going! We will work on the range of motion for your major joints such as hips, knees, ankles, and shoulders. You will be in the 4-foot area of the pool, so no swimming skills are required.

Aqua Zumba

Dates: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm 

Jump into the Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance-fitness party that makes working out a splash. Join the party. Let’s dance

Arthritis Foundation Arthritic Program 

Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 
Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am

This class is designed for people suffering from stiff joints, arthritis, and other joint disease. The Arthritic Program works on joint flexibility and range of motion at your own pace. An aquatic program is set up specifically for you.

Shallow Water Aerobics 

Days: Tuesday and Thursday 
Time: 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm 

Class is designed for the person who wants a high intensity work out with little or no impact on the joints. The workout combines toning and cardiovascular exercise all in one.
