Early Burn

Looking for a great way to start your day?  In the "Early Burn" you'll enjoy a variety of exercise formats, including circuit, interval, resistance ball, cardio-toning, and "traditional " floor exercise.  This early morning activity will help you tone your muscles and burn those calories, all in an inviting, friendly, and interactive group environment.

Active and Ageless

Total body workout designed for the young at heart! Lower blood pressure, improve posture, and strengthen bones and joints.  This class will take place in the group fitness studio for both privacy and space.  A great way to boost metabolism and increase energy!

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics uses impact to maintain and strengthen your muscles and joints.  Lower your long- term risk of osteoporosis, burn calories, tone your body and exercise your heart with this class!  This class is being offered to DSU students, however; community center members are welcome.

Fitness Flex

Did you know that flexibility is just as important to your health as muscular strength and aerobic conditioning? Improve your body strength and tone muscles in this class that mixes isometric, resistance bands, medicine ball, and free weights with a concentration on flexibility.

Beginning Aerobics

Have you always wanted to join a group exercise class?  This class is just for YOU!  For beginning and advanced participants, you'll work at your own pace using the step, free weights, exercise tubing, and the resistance ball.  Come join the fun!

Circuit Training

Circuit training provides participants a variety of exercises. Individual and exercise stations are mixed with good old-fashioned cardiovascular training. Classes will take place in the aerobics studio, weight room, and around the track. This is a great class if you are looking for a little variety in your workout routine.
