City Rec use many different ways to get forms out to children and adults for program registration.  Young children will receive forms from their classroom teachers.  The Community Center/City Rec brochure, published three times a year, has all information and forms needed to register for activities.  You can also stop up at The Community Center and pick up a form for registration.  Mass Registration is held the last week of April at The Community Center.  You can sign up for all Summer Recreation activities and Red Cross Swim Lessons at this time.
